The stay included a good room with functional amenities, though the bed and pillows could use improvement. The service from staff like Ismael was helpful and attentive during my visit. However, parking is extremely limited, leading me to park illegally at times just to find a space. Additionally, the breakfast situation felt overly restrictive. questioning my need for extra sandwiches left a negative impression. While I enjoyed the Vienna Beef hot dogs, the overall experience doesn’t justify a return.

During my stay, I was thrilled to find ample parking and a generous team willing to provide an extra key when ours was misplaced. The room was clean and spacious, but the breakfast left a little to be desired. I experienced delays with the shuttle service, which caused minor inconvenience.

Spacious room with two queen beds was great for my family. The hot coffee machine in the lobby was a lifesaver when we woke up early.

Had an awesome time with friends exploring the Great Salt Lake and hitting the nearby ski areas. The hotel was clean and had good amenities. The location was perfect for our adventures. The breakfast offered plenty of choices too, which kept us fueled for the day.

We faced a situation with the cable going out, and the front desk staff couldn't help since they couldn't leave their post to fix it. It was a bit frustrating after a long day.

Family with children deserves better

They had a nice breakfast with hot coffee that really hit the spot! The staff found my backpack when I left it behind, which saved me a whole lot of trouble.

It's just a decent option for short visits in Salt Lake City with fantastic value for money. My room was clean though very outdated, and the loose tub spout was a minor inconvenience.

I had a blast at this place, especially with the super comfy Queen beds and the delicious waffles for breakfast! Just wish the couch bed was comfier, though.
